Our Chief Administrative Officer, Natasha Paff has served the health care industry for more than 30 years and set the standard for hospital administrative efficiency.
As Department Head of Patient Access at Stanford (Main Hospital, Children’s Hospital and Medical Group) for 21 years and then at John Muir Hospital (Walnut Creek and Brentwood) for 9 years. Her experience is unparalleled in managing all aspects related to Patient Access and Patient Financial Services, i.e.; Registration, Pre-Registration, POS Collections, Customer Service, Insurance Verification and Authorizations; as well as, Financial Counseling, Screening for other funding sources, Charity Programs, Self Pay and Collections, Insurance Billing and Follow-Up, Underpayments, Appeals, Medicare and MSP Audits and HIPAA Compliance.
Natasha’s primary role was then, and is now to maximize reimbursement through detailed analysis, including streamlining processes, developing policies and procedures, training, promoting accountability and teamwork. Natasha provides the highest level of experience, skill and efficiency to our operations. Natasha has served as a member of CAHAM, NAHAM and HFMA for over 22 years. |
