Rash Curtis, founded in 1977, has maintained a strong presence in the Collection Industry. Our President and CEO, Terry Paff is a well known figure in the Receivables Management industry.
 
From Collection Manager, Director of Operations, to Marketing and Sales, Terry has experienced every aspect of the collection business over the past 32 years. He is experienced in Consumer Loans, Healthcare, and Retail accounts. He has developed and maintained collection centers specializing in start-ups and multiple collection sites, utilizing sophisticated technology and state of the art automated call center processes.
 

Perhaps best known for his ability to recruit and train qualified personnel, Terry’s recovery teams are competitive with the highest performance levels in the industry for local and national clientele. Terry has served on the Board of Directors of the Healthcare
Financial Management Association since 2001.

Our competent and qualified bilingual staff are selected for their ability to deal with a diverse population and difficult situations with calm resolve while keeping the ultimate goals in view. Our on- going training focuses on finding creative solutions for today’s complex collection problems with sensitivity to our client’s customer base.
